Police find ₹3 crore cash in Madhya Pradesh house during arms search
Police in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, searched a house looking for a firearm after a photo of someone with a pistol went viral. During the search, officers discovered approximately ₹3 crore in cash, necessitating the use of a note-counting machine. The money was found in bundles inside an almirah. The individuals whose house was searched are reportedly brothers who drive auto-rickshaws. Police have initiated an investigation into the source of the cash.
