Trump Orders Reduction in US-South Korea Military Drills
U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered the Pentagon to scale back joint military drills with South Korea. Trump cited "good ties" with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as a reason for the decision. The drills are a regular summer fixture for the South Korean armed forces and their US allies. Trump also posted a photo with Kim Jong Un, stating their relationship remains "great."
