Horizon Industrial Parks Secures Anchor Investment Ahead of IPO

Horizon Industrial Parks has raised ₹1,168 crore from anchor investors ahead of its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company plans to raise ₹2,600 crore through the IPO to reduce its debt. Horizon Industrial Parks develops and leases industrial facilities and warehouses across India. While revenue and EBITDA have shown growth, the company has not yet achieved profitability. The IPO is set to open at a price band of ₹57-60 per share.
