Inox Clean Energy Acquires Vena Energy India for ₹6,000 Crore
Inox Clean Energy has completed the acquisition of GIP's Vena Energy India from BlackRock for ₹6,000 crore. Following the acquisition, Inox Clean Energy's operating and near-operational portfolio is expected to reach approximately 4 GW. The company also has a development pipeline exceeding 12 GW of solar and wind power, along with 2.5 GWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
