High Courts Rule on Child Custody Cases

Separately, the Karnataka High Court granted custody to a mother, citing the father's solitary living situation and the child's need for constant care. In another case, the Bombay High Court awarded custody of a three-year-old boy to his policewoman mother, granting the father visitation rights on weekends.
