Singapore Court Case Filed Against Radiant World Corporation
Mizuho Bank has filed a lawsuit against Radiant World Corporation Pte. Ltd. in a Singapore court. Concerns have arisen that Radiant World may have supplied invalid invoices to secure financing, leading some banks to freeze its accounts and trading houses to sever ties.
