SEBI Bans Trafiksol and Promoters for Market Misconduct
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has banned Trafiksol and its promoters from participating in the securities market for one year. The regulator also imposed monetary penalties on the company and its two promoters. SEBI's investigation found that Trafiksol made misleading disclosures in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) documents, including inflated revenue figures and a fabricated software quotation. The company was found to have concealed information from investors.
