Purple Style Labs Raises ₹306 Crore from Anchor Investors Ahead of IPO
Luxury fashion platform Purple Style Labs has raised ₹306 crore from 10 anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering (IPO). The shares were allotted at ₹575 per share, totaling 53.22 lakh equity shares. The company, which operates Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, will open its IPO for subscription on August 31. Morgan Stanley and Bank of America were among the buyers.
