Landslide damages Kalka-Shimla rail track, services suspended
A landslide has caused a section of the Kalka-Shimla heritage railway track to hang precariously in the air. The incident, attributed to heavy rains, has led to the suspension of rail services on the route. Ten trains have been cancelled, and services are halted until at least September 1. The damage has left a portion of the track's base washed away.
