CNG Prices Increased in Delhi-NCR and Mumbai
Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) increased the price of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) by Rs 3.89 per kg in Delhi-NCR. Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) raised CNG prices by Rs 2 per kg and domestic PNG by Rs 1 per SCM in Mumbai. These hikes are attributed to higher imported Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) costs. The CNG price increase in Delhi-NCR is the fifth this year. Despite the price adjustments, one report noted that the impact on CNG and PNG prices from a rise in CBG prices would be minimal.
