Ather Energy Launches New Electric Scooter Platform, Invests ₹500 Crore
Ather Energy has launched its new electric scooter platform, named Konarc, with an investment of ₹500 crore dedicated to its development. The Konarc platform will underpin new scooter models, including the Ather 450S and Ather 450Z, which will offer IDC ranges of up to 200 km. The new scooters start at a price of ₹99,999 and are available in six variants across the S and Z lines. The company's shares saw a 4% increase following the launch announcement, adding to a 132% gain over the past six months.
