Nissan and Honda agree to collaborate on car software
Japanese automakers Nissan and Honda have announced a partnership to jointly develop core software and systems for their vehicles. This collaboration aims to reduce development costs and enhance technological capabilities. The joint development is expected to debut in new car models starting in 2029. The agreement comes despite the companies having previously explored a merger that did not materialize.
