NCLT forms 5-member bench for Subhash Chandra insolvency case
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has constituted its first-ever five-member bench to hear the personal insolvency case of Subhash Chandra. A previous two-member bench could not reach a majority verdict regarding Chandra's repayment plan of ₹6.5 crore. The case involves claims exceeding ₹22,000 crore, and the new bench will decide on the repayment plan after a low recovery rate.
