A loco shed of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway collapsed due to heavy rainfall, resulting in injuries to seven people. Separately, a video surfaced showing a person being swept away under a railway bridge in Jalgaon during floods caused by heavy rain. The Darjeeling incident occurred at the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway.
