Malta jury acquits businessman in journalist's murder case
A jury in Malta has acquitted businessman Yorgen Fenech of charges related to the 2017 murder of investigative journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia. Caruana Galizia, who was 53, was killed by a car bomb. She had extensively reported on suspected corruption within Malta's political and business circles. Fenech was accused of masterminding her assassination.
