Multiple Companies Announce IPO Details and Listings
Several Indian companies have recently announced details regarding their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and subsequent stock market listings. Lumino Industries' shares debuted on the NSE and BSE at a premium of 34.15% over its IPO price of ₹82, opening at ₹110. Asset Reconstruction Company (Arcil) has set its IPO price band between ₹132 and ₹139 per share, with the issue size estimated at approximately ₹733 crore. The subscription period for Arcil's IPO is scheduled from September 9 to September 11. Glass Wall Systems has also set its IPO price band at ₹172 to ₹182 per share, with its IPO opening for subscription on September 8 and closing on September 10. The bidding for anchor investors for Glass Wall Systems' IPO was on September 7.
