India to Host BRICS Chief Justices' Forum, Security Tightened for Summit
India is scheduled to host the BRICS Chief Justices' Forum, during which the Chief Justice of India (CJI) will conduct bilateral meetings with judicial leaders from BRICS nations. Concurrently, security measures are being intensified across Delhi in anticipation of the BRICS Summit. The Delhi Police Commissioner presided over an inter-state coordination meeting of Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) to enhance security protocols. To facilitate the summit and associated security operations, government offices and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in Delhi will be closed on September 11, resulting in a holiday for the city.
