Nainital Schools Return ₹39 Lakh After Administration Action
In Nainital, Uttarakhand, district administration took action against private schools for arbitrary fee collection. Following an investigation into 87 schools, illegal fee collection was identified in 46 institutions. Consequently, these 46 schools returned ₹39.05 lakh to parents. Additionally, 8 schools reduced tuition fees, 39 lowered examination fees, and 15 adjusted other charges.
