Ceigall India and Power Grid win Gujarat transmission project orders
Ceigall India has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹5,300 crore for a power transmission project in Gujarat. The project involves a 765/400 kV AIS substation and approximately 300 km of transmission lines, with a 36-month execution period. Following this announcement, Ceigall India's shares rose by nearly 4% on the BSE. In a separate development, Power Grid Corporation emerged as the successful bidder for a transmission project in Gujarat's 7,500 MW green power zone, valued at ₹1,152 crore.
