ISRO successfully launches first imaging satellite EOS-05 into geostationary orbit
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully launched its first imaging satellite, EOS-05, into geostationary orbit. The satellite, launched via the GSLV-F17 rocket, is designed to provide continuous surveillance of Earth from an altitude of 36,000 kilometers.
