Study Finds 13% of Employees Experience High Burnout
A recent study indicates that 13% of employees are experiencing high levels of burnout. The research also suggests that approximately 20% of jobs may be cut due to advancements in Artificial Intelligence. Gen Z's share of India's workforce has nearly doubled to 26%. Employee burnout levels have remained relatively stable between 2022 and 2026.
