Stray Dogs Attack Child in Ghaziabad, Rescue Woman in Coimbatore
In a residential society in Ghaziabad, stray dogs attacked a six‑year‑old girl, pulling and dragging her before she was taken to a hospital for treatment. The incident was captured on video and reported by multiple outlets. In Coimbatore, a pack of stray dogs intervened when an intoxicated minor attempted to sexually assault a mentally ill woman near Thudiyalur in the early hours of Friday. CCTV footage showed the dogs chasing the suspect away, and police subsequently arrested the minor, who police said had also set a shop on fire earlier. Authorities described the dogs’ actions as protective, and the woman received medical attention. No arrests were reported in the Ghaziabad case, and the investigation status was not detailed.
