Two NIT-K professors arrested for alleged ₹13 lakh NCC fund fraud
Two professors from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka (NIT-K), have been arrested in connection with an alleged fraud involving approximately ₹13 lakh in funds related to National Cadet Corps (NCC) work. The professors were reportedly Associate NCC officers for the '2 Kar Engr Coy NCC (Army Wing)' at the institute. An FIR has been registered against them for alleged NCC Travel Allowance/Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) fraud and expense claims.
