Watchdog Report Details Misconduct by Former Trump Labor Secretary
A report from the Department of Labor's Office of Inspector General found that former Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer oversaw a "toxic, intimidating and humiliating" work environment. Investigators alleged she misused funds, drank on the job, and violated ethics regulations, including prohibiting harassment. The report also detailed instances of staff being used for personal tasks and payments made for "nude dancers." Chavez-DeRemer resigned in April.
