NSE Receives SEBI Approval for Rs 30,000 Crore IPO

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has received final approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 30,000 crore. This is anticipated to be India's largest-ever market debut. SEBI cleared the NSE's IPO along with three other firms: RKB Global, Monomark Engineering (India), and Cosmic PV Power. The NSE is expected to file an updated Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) and announce its price band next week, with a potential listing by September 25th. Separately, Nigeria's Dangote Refinery has also received regulatory approval for a $1.6 billion IPO.
