Ontario Byelections: PCs and NDP Retain Seats, Liberals Shut Out
In three Ontario byelections held on Tuesday, the Progressive Conservatives (PCs) and the New Democrats (NDPs) successfully retained their respective ridings. The Liberal Party failed to win any of the seats. The byelections were triggered by the resignations of three Liberal MPPs. The results saw the PCs hold the riding of Milton, and the NDP hold the ridings of Hamilton Centre and Scarborough Centre. The Liberal Party did not secure any victories in these contests.
