SEBI and European Markets Authority Sign Cooperation Pact
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation and information exchange. This agreement specifically focuses on central counterparties and replaces a previous pact from 2017.
