Mosque in Saharanpur Collectorate Demolished by Bulldozer
A mosque located within the Saharanpur Collectorate complex was demolished using a bulldozer following a district court order. The action was taken after the court ruled the structure an illegal construction and dismissed a first appeal. Heavy police force was deployed during the demolition. Separately, MP Iqra Hasan was reportedly placed under house arrest as she attempted to travel to Saharanpur.
