Krishna Janmashtami Celebrations in Mathura and Vrindavan
Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated across India, with large crowds of devotees gathering at temples in Mathura and Vrindavan. In Mathura, a display featuring 500 drones was used to depict scenes from the life of Krishna. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed midnight prayers at the Gorakhnath Temple.
