Union Minister Chirag Paswan Files Complaint Against Swatantra Bhardwaj
Union Minister Chirag Paswan and his party have filed a complaint against Swatantra Bhardwaj for the alleged misuse of Paswan's name, stating Bhardwaj has no connection to him or the LJP. This follows claims by Bhardwaj that he received political protection after an assault at Jantar Mantar in July. Police have registered a new FIR against Bhardwaj under the POCSO Act following a complaint by a minor activist alleging online threats and harassment. Additionally, the SC/ST Act has been added to an existing case against Bhardwaj. Nishu Azad, whose father was assaulted, has called for Bhardwaj's imprisonment.
