India Votes for UN Resolution on New World Map
India voted in favor of a United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) resolution to adopt a more accurate world map, aiming to improve global cartographic representation and equity. The 193-member UNGA overwhelmingly adopted the resolution titled "Correct the map" on Friday. The United States expressed opposition to the resolution.
