Karnataka Tribunal Stays Suspension of Teachers for RSS March Participation
The Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (KSAT) has stayed the suspension of two government school teachers in Yadgir district. The teachers were suspended for participating in a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) route march. The KSAT ruled that participation in the RSS event did not violate the Karnataka State Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 2021. The tribunal's decision was made at Kalaburagi.
