Former Tata Technologies CEO Sells Shares Worth ₹165 Crore
Patrick Raymon McGoldrick, the former CEO and Managing Director of Tata Technologies, sold shares worth approximately ₹165 crore. He offloaded 21 lakh shares, representing a 0.51 per cent stake in the company, through block deals on the BSE on Friday. The shares were sold at an average price of ₹785 each, bringing the total transaction value to ₹164.85 crore.
