TCS subsidiary HyperVault to invest ₹70,000 crore in Hyderabad AI data center
TCS's subsidiary HyperVault will invest up to ₹70,000 crore (approximately $7.4 billion) to build a 1 gigawatt (GW) capacity Artificial Intelligence (AI) data center campus in Hyderabad, Telangana. The project, spread over 264 acres, aims to become a leading AI infrastructure hub. It will integrate advanced technologies and sustainability practices, and is designed to facilitate high-density GPU deployments for AI training and advanced computing. The investment is expected to create jobs and support frontier AI companies and hyperscalers.
