Jharkhand Election Officials Order FIRs Amid Voter List Allegations
Jharkhand's Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) has ordered First Information Reports (FIRs) against four individuals for allegedly using forged documents for voter registration. The CEO also directed officials to conduct a detailed verification of suspected cases after examining registration records and submitted documents. The INDIA bloc has alleged that BJP workers are pressuring Booth Level Officers (BLOs) to delete voters' names from electoral rolls.
