Singapore Investigates Racist Remarks Targeting Indians
Singapore's police are investigating "shameful" and "nasty" racist remarks targeting Indians that appeared online. The remarks were made in the context of the Nepal floods and an Air India row. Senior Minister of State for Health and Transport, Janil Puthucheary, stated that such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and asked the police to examine the posts.
