Saharanpur Mosque Demolition Leads to Tensions, Discovery of Well
Following the demolition of a mosque at the Saharanpur Collectorate, controversial posters linking the event to riots appeared in the city. Police removed the posters and initiated a search for those responsible. During the demolition, a well was discovered beneath the mosque's debris. ASI has been informed about the discovery. Hindu religious figures made claims about the well, with one demanding excavation and stating that "wherever excavation happens, Shiva is found." Authorities have placed Atul Pradhan and MP Harendra Malik under house arrest.
