Air India Express Flight Returns to Kochi After Engine Issue
An Air India Express flight bound for Abu Dhabi returned to Kochi shortly after takeoff due to a significant drop in engine oil quantity. The crew of the Boeing 737 detected the issue while at cruising altitude and decided to shut down the affected engine due to loss of oil pressure. The aircraft landed safely back in Kochi.
