HEG Demerges Graphite Business, Shares Adjust for Split
HEG's graphite electrode business has been demerged into a new entity, HEG Graphite Limited. The company's shares opened approximately 64% lower on Monday, adjusting for this demerger. The existing listed company will retain its advanced materials and battery energy businesses. The record date for the demerger was today. This split creates two separately listed entities.
