Air India Express Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Kochi Due to Fuel Shortage
An Air India Express flight en route from Kochi to Abu Dhabi was forced to make an emergency landing back at Kochi airport after its fuel ran out at an altitude of approximately 36,000 feet. The aircraft had been in the air for about 50 minutes before the diversion. Reports indicate that the engines had to be shut down due to the fuel depletion.
