Woman Rescued Alive Days After Being Presumed Dead in Nepal
A Nepali woman, Chandika Kumari Shrestha, was rescued alive from the rubble of her home ten days after a disaster. Her family had already begun funeral rites, believing her to be dead. Rescuers found her, and she was heard calling for help. Among those rescued from the wreckage were two Nepali hydropower workers and a Chinese national.
