Udaan Acquires Swiggy's B2B Distribution Arm Lynk for ₹500 Crore
Online business-to-business (B2B) platform Udaan has agreed to acquire Swiggy's B2B distribution arm, Lynk Logistics, in an all-stock deal valued at ₹500 crore. Following the acquisition, Swiggy will hold a 3.2% stake in Udaan. Lynk Logistics operates in the B2B distribution sector.
