AI firm Anthropic reportedly abandons $6 billion Decart acquisition
Artificial intelligence company Anthropic has reportedly decided against acquiring Decart in a deal valued at approximately $6 billion. While the acquisition did not proceed, Anthropic may still explore other avenues for collaboration with Decart. Separately, Anthropic is reportedly delaying its initial public offering (IPO) until mid-October and has secured a $15 billion credit line.
