Two separate incidents of young men found dead in Haryana and Bihar
In Hisar, Haryana, the body of a young man was discovered in a canal with his hands bound by handcuffs and visible head injuries. The identity of the deceased is currently unknown. Separately, in Sitamarhi, Bihar, the body of a young man was found near NH-227, exhibiting head injuries and abrasions on his back, deepening the mystery surrounding his death. The identities of the victims in both incidents remain unconfirmed.
