Netanyahu denies UAE warning of Hamas attack before Oct 7

A report claims that the UAE warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of a major Hamas operation days before the October 7 attacks. The report, excerpted from a forthcoming book and citing sources, states that UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan spoke to Netanyahu about a week and a half before the attack. Several outlets also reported that former Shin Bet chief Nadav Argaman had warned of a Hamas attack in the days prior to October 7. However, Benjamin Netanyahu has denied receiving such a warning from the UAE. Former Israeli Prime Ministers Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid have criticized Netanyahu's alleged inaction following the reported UAE warning.
