Surat Textile Market Fire Causes Damage, Injures Firefighter
A significant fire broke out in the Shyam Sangini textile market in Surat early Wednesday morning, affecting shops on the sixth floor. Officials reported that the blaze started around midnight. Over 20 fire tenders were deployed to combat the fire. One firefighter sustained injuries during the operation. No casualties among civilians have been reported.
