India and Mercosur Sign Agreement to Facilitate Trade
India and the South American trade bloc Mercosur have initiated talks to expand their existing trade agreement and strengthen economic relations. As part of this engagement, both sides have signed a pact to accept electronic Certificates of Origin. This agreement aims to streamline trade processes and deepen economic ties between India and the Mercosur member states, which include Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
