Court Rejects Jet Airways Liquidator's Plea Against Boeing
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has rejected a plea by the liquidator of Jet Airways seeking ₹500 crore from Boeing. The tribunal cited the need for a detailed adjudication of the contractual dispute between the parties. The liquidator had sought the funds from Boeing, alleging non-supply of aircraft under various agreements. However, Boeing had stated that it had not supplied any aircraft under the said agreements.
