Supreme Court Reserves Verdict on PMLA Authority's Powers
The Supreme Court has reserved its verdict on whether a single-member, non-judicial authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) can confirm property attachment orders issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
