Workers Spending on AI Tools for Jobs, Reports Suggest
Research indicates a significant portion of workers in the UK are personally funding AI tools to assist with their jobs. A Deloitte survey found that one in six workers in Britain spends their own money on AI applications for work, totaling nearly £1 billion ($1.4 billion) annually. Separately, Westpac in Australia reported that 70% of its employees utilize AI in their daily tasks.
